Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Terms
- This policy applies to all bookings made directly with the hotel or through authorized third-party websites.
- The hotel reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
2. Cancellation Policy
Standard Cancellations:
- Cancellations made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will incur a charge of one night’s stay.
No-Show Policy:
- In case of a no-show without prior notification, the hotel will charge for the full stay as per the original booking.
Special Events / Peak Seasons:
- During high-demand seasons (e.g., New Year, Christmas, and festivals), cancellations are non-refundable. Full payment will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show.
3. Refund Policy
Processing of Refunds:
- Refunds for cancellations made in accordance with the policy will be processed within 15-21 business days.
Refund Method:
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method, such as the credit/debit card or bank account used during booking.
Refund Amount:
- In case of cancellation within the allowed time frame, the refundable amount will be credited after deduction of any applicable charges.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- Bookings marked as non-refundable (e.g., during peak season, promotional deals) will not be eligible for any refund.
4. Group/Corporate Bookings
- For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations must be made 30 days before check-in to receive a refund.
- Deposits for group bookings are non-refundable if the booking is canceled within 30 days of the check-in date.
5. Modifications
- Date Changes: Guests can modify their booking dates based on availability. If the booking is modified to a higher rate period, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
- Room Upgrades or Downgrades: Any room category changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), the hotel may provide full or partial refunds depending on the situation.
